Greg Smith
Owner Mitchell Hardware
I've had the pleasure of working with Bruce ever since 1989. That's when he opened his advertising company just down the block from us on Craven Street. Indeed it was quite a while ago--and we were BOTH a lot younger! For over a quarter century, Bruce and I have successfully collaborated on hundreds of campaigns, marketing and events. Today, he proudly refers to Mitchell Hardware as his first and longest-standing customer. And what can I say? It's been a wonderful association.

In Memoriam...
Greg Smith passed away suddenly on the morning of January 29th, 2018, at the store. A Memorial Service was held Sunday, February 4th. Over 1500 turned out (in the pouring rain) to pay their respects and say a sad goodbye. The city of New Bern mourns the loss of this very special, well-loved, gentle man. RIP Mr. Smith.

Thea Kincaid,
Owner of Thea's Ideas Promotional Products
Bruce and I first met way back in 1990. That was when I was working for a local TV station, and he had just moved here from Charlotte... and opened his New Bern ad agency on Craven Street. We've worked together on a host of campaigns and events over the last 25+ years. I doubt a week goes by, that we don't find ourselves working on something for one of my local New Bern clients. Besides remaining close business associates, Bruce and I have also enjoyed a special friendship over all these years. One that we both value very much! So here's to the next 25, and whatever the future holds for each of us!
namaste, my friend!

Chris and Kim Hoveland,
Owners The Chelsea Restaurant
Chris and I first started working with Bruce in the early nineties when we bought and refurbished the Chelsea Restaurant. He had been doing the marketing for the original owners, and we liked his work so much, that we "adopted" him as our Marketing Director too. That was then, and this is now, and we've all aged a little, but we're still happy to have him with us today! We look forward to an awesome future together as well! KH
Linda Staunch President and CEO at Linda Staunch and Associates How long has it been that I've know and worked with Bruce Wise? If memory serves, it was back in the mid nineties, and we met to discuss a printing project. It was around the time I opened my Public Relations Firm. That was the first of many projects he and I would work on together: Pepsi events, the MumFest every year, Chamber of Commerce events, New Bern's 300th Birthday year-long celebration, not to mention working many years for all the local tourism associations and organizations. Bruce and I just clicked from day one, and we have enjoyed a long and fruitful association ever since. I think he would agree, that we can also count each other as very good friends, as well.... back then and to this very day! |
Other clients, and events...

The scope of projects include campaigns/special events, printing production, advertising design & placement, packaging, graphic design, website development, social media marketing, content creation and management, digital photography, image manipulation, and marketing consultation.
